Two lengths of the same practice. Essential is the shorter day. Deep is the longer day. Neither one is marked as the plan to pick.
Questions
What is the difference between Essential and Deep?
They are the same guided practice. Essential is up to 15 minutes a day. Deep is up to 45 minutes a day, in one sitting or split into as many as three.
Is one plan recommended?
No. Choose the length that fits the day. Essential is not a starter version, and Deep is not a better version.
What does yearly save?
Essential yearly is $40.88 less than twelve monthly payments. Deep yearly is $100.88 less than twelve monthly payments.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage billing opens Stripe’s customer portal. Cancel there and the plan stops at the end of the period you already paid.
How do I reach you?
Write to hello@innerealm.com. That is the only contact address.
How is the card handled?
Stripe takes the payment. Innerealm does not see the full card number. Card changes, invoices, and cancellation are in the Stripe customer portal, opened from Manage billing.
Is there a free try?
A new account includes one 15-minute practice, once. It is not a second plan, and it does not turn into Deep.
Is this therapy?
No. Innerealm is a contemplative practice, not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care.
Before you pay
- Stripe processes the payment. Innerealm does not see your full card number.
- Cancel or change a plan in the billing portal. It returns you to Account.
